Kindred in downtown Davidson is Jordan's favorite Lake Norman restaurant.

Right on the water's edge, at Hello, Sailor, Joe and Katy Kindred (owners of the original aformentioned Kindred).
They serve up seafood, hand pie and retro charm.

North Harbor Club

Waterfront dining open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, right off of interstate 77.

Il Bosco

Il Bosco is our favorite Davidson Italian. It is walkable from anywhere in downtown Davidson.
They have fresh pasta, unique specials, and especially excellent service.

Milkbread

Another establishment from the Kindreds in Davidson, a fast-casual restaurant with a great chicken sandwich.
It's also located in a shopping center that's home to a Harris-Teeter grocery store.

Ramsey Creek Park

Taking a dip at Ramsey Creek Park's swimming beach is a popular option at Lake Norman.

Ramsey Creek Park is a 46-acre waterfront park that features the only swimming beach within our towns of Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville. They also have boat docks, an amazing playground that features ziplines, picnic shelters, nature trails, a sand volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, an enclosed dog park, and an ADA-compliant fishing pier.

Downtown Davidson

Davidson, North Carolina, has a rich history that dates back to the 18th century. Davidson was founded in 1837 when a group of Presbyterians purchased land for a new college. The town was named after Brigadier General William Lee Davidson, a Revolutionary War hero. Davidson College is a vital part of the town's identity today. Davidson remains a small, close-knit community with historic charm.

Carolina Raptor Center

The Raptor Trail is a three-quarter mile walking trail and zoological facility that permanently houses and displays more than thirty birds of prey. The birds act as ambassadors for their species and serve an important role in connecting people with wildlife in a safe and respectful manner. Guests can enjoy learning about birds of prey from across the globe during their walk on the Raptor Trail.

Lake Norman Antique Mall

Lake Norman Antique Mall is spread across 27,000 square foot with over 200 vendors. It offers a range of high end antiques, vintage records, glassware, vintage clothing, home décor, furniture, upscale furniture, jewelry, lighting, pottery, vintage currency, books, and even local artisan wares such as stained glass, pottery, candles and other decoratives must haves for your home.

Davidson Farmer's Market

This is a great little farmer's market in downtown Davidson, NC. All of the produce is local--within 100 miles of Davidson.

They also have locally made items and beautiful flowers. It’s a really fun place to start looking around downtown Davidson.

A 5th generation family-owned farm, Carrigan Farms is a local farm that specializes in growing quality fruits and vegetables, educational school tours and field trips, weddings, swim parties, and other special events.
